Delivery Charges

We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible, offering free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more. Orders below this value will be charged at the standard price of £3.99, unless an expedited service is selected. Some larger or heavier items may not be included within our free delivery service, but this will be clearly identified in the listing.

Orders placed by midday will be dispatched the same working day. Unless details on the listing page explain otherwise, and a lead time is expected. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Returns

You may return items for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. Returned items, along with its original packaging, must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged, in the same condition in which it left Sail Performance UK.

Along with the returned item/s, you must include your name and order number to ensure a speedy response. If you would like to exchange an item for something different (including an alternative size), you must clearly indicate your requirements with the return.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method with no exception. Alternatively, a gift voucher can be issued for you to use at a later date.

Sufficient postage must be paid for all returned items. Where insufficient postage is paid, Sail Performance UK will deduct any cost incurred from the refund amount. Items that are being returned for exchange may be subject to further postage charges.

Items being returned as faulty will have reasonable return postage cost refunded once the return has been reviewed and approved for refund.

Returned items are carefully inspected to ensure they have not been used or damaged in any way, and that all packaging is included and undamaged. Anything that does not pass this inspection will not be eligible for refund and will be liable for postage costs back to the customer.
